Vegetarian Vitamin Supplements
Being vegetarian means you are probably also passionate about the environment, animal welfare and your health. This is good news because we are also passionate about these things, most of our product packaging is made from recycled ocean plastic, all of our products are not animal tested and our company runs with a carbon negative footprint. One of the most common concerns about vegetarian diets is whether you are receiving all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. In particular vitamin B12 and D are especially important for vegetarians as they are not found in plant-based foods, except those that are fortified.
Vitamin B12 is a mood boosting supplement that is also responsible for supporting brain function. While soy products and some yeasts contain vitamin B12 it is usually found in animal products. If you are not getting enough vitamin B12 in your diet you should consider taking our delicious oral spray supplement.
Vitamin D is important for many functions, supporting the absorption of calcium, regulation of hormones and immune function. Outside of dairy, fish or eggs vegetarians must rely on fortified grains and cereals for sources of vitamin D. If you are concerned that you are not getting enough vitamin D from food or exposure to the sun consider taking our Vitamin D supplements.
